The studio doors at Radju Lauretana were again open for the general public to enter and view the large amount of voluntary work being done by all of the crew here at Radju Lauretana. Once again all visitors were very generous with their donations. A nice sum of €2110 was collected in only 12 hours. These funds will help Radju Lauretana with the running costs that the station needs to continue transmitting high quality programs all over the world.
Many were those who came to the studio to give their blessings on air for the New Year to all the listeners especially to those living abroad. It was also announced that another week of live transmissions will be squeezed in this year giving coverage of the feast of St. Anthony during the last week of May 2009.
The crew at Radju Lauretana would once again like to thank everyone and wish all listeners a happy and prosperous New Year. |
