| Waiting for the New Year 2010 |

Radio Lauretana continues with its special Christmas Schedule even though Christmas is over. So keep tuned in. May we remind our loyal listeners that for the very first time, Radio Lauretana will accompany you during the last night of this year. Our presenters will be present in the studios all night long. Special programmes will be aired live from 11.00pm Thursday 31st December 2009 and will continue without interruption till late on 1st January 2010. You are highly encouraged to phone during the night, send SMS and e-mails. Your feedback counts.
As in the previous years, Radju Lauretana is organising an Open Day on the first day of the New Year. The studios will be open for all to visit and give a donation. This time round, money collected will go towards the funding of the Bell Project which our beloved Parish is currently working on. Our magnificent church bell tower will soon be adorned with a unique set of eight bells coming directly from Normandy, France. The project is ambitious, the one and only in the Maltese Islands. This is so because we believe Our Lady of Loreto deserves the best.
All of us are fully aware of the money needed to fund such project. A lot has been done thanks to the generosity of all Ghajnselmizi. Yet, we still lack funds. We need your help. Let's give this project a big push. Let's start the new year with a bang. Be generous and give your donation. In the near future, all together, we will be able to see the bells in the church tower.
